Opportunity As our Controls Engineer, you will report to the Controls Manager.

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed schematics and working engineering drawings of electrical devices and systems.

Conduct electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic design, peripheral device programming, machine PLC programming, coordinate machine debugging, power‑up, and machine validation with build and electrical teams, and provide customer documentation as needed.

Travel to install sites for installation and run‑offs with customers when applicable and necessary.

Work with R&D team on new product development projects including design, testing and technical support.

Provide assembly team with technical support during assembly and manage Final Assembly Test; may also support Field service with remote and onsite technical support.

Work on continuous improvement activities to improve product performance, cost and standardization.

Commitment to safety, understand risks, safety training, reports and document incidents as required.

Interact with company personnel, customers and vendors while representing the company in a professional manner.

Generate bills of materials from specifications and drawings.

Work with cross‑functional teams to solve problems and develop solutions for customers.

Integrate Bevcorp equipment with existing machinery in the field.

Serve as a controls engineering subject matter expert.

Requirements

3 years experience with Allen Bradley and AutoCAD Electrical.

BSEE or BSEET required.

Packaging or food & beverage experience preferred.

You must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Travel & Location You will be on site at our Eastlake, OH facility.
