World Class Learning Experience: Develop and iterate on an advanced Learning Management System that generates outcomes. Focus on seamless UX, adaptive learning, peer-to-peer engagement, gamification and motivational mechanisms. Innovative Career Services: Empower graduates to find jobs and match our growing network of clinical partners. Apply generative AI to the job-seeking process, from resume generation to interview training. Empower the Internal Workforce: Design and maintain platforms for instructors, TAs, coaches, and operators to optimize student success. Leverage generative AI to maximize its impact on students' lives. Cutting Edge Content Management: Generate and maintain content at scale that adapts to evolving educational needs. Build the technology to create new curricula in a fraction of the time and iterate to maximize students' learning. 3+ years of full-stack engineering experience Eat, sleep and breathe at least one of part of our stack (React, Typescript, Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL), you will learn the rest Relentlessly obsess over solving complex problems with cutting-edge technology and willing to learn something new every day Find excitement in joining an early-stage company and are not afraid of building something new Are strongly driven to make an impact in people's lives Have built something meaningful to you, before Can take ownership of the whole development lifecycle (you are comfortable operating full-stack) Bonus Points If
You have previous experience in a direct-to-consumer startup, especially within EdTech/Healthcare Interview Process
Step 1: Intro Call with Talent Acquisition Step 2: Non-technical interview with Hiring Manager Step 3: Fullstack Live Coding (remote) Step 4: Onsite interview with both technical and non-technical assessment Compensation
New Hire Base Salary Bands: Engineer I - $127,000-$161,000 Engineer II - $142,000-$180,000 Senior I - $157,000-$198,000 Senior II - $172,000-$218,000 Staff I - $188,000-$238,000 Please note we do not have a bonus structure at this time so all cash compensation will come in the form of base salary. The total compensation package will also include our benefits package and an equity (ISOs) package. Compensation for this role will fall within the pay range listed and will be determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications as well as interview evaluation.
