Job Details We are seeking a permanent Senior Tax Associate to join our dynamic Accounting & Finance team.

Responsibilities

Prepare and review complex corporate, individual, and partnership tax returns.

Conduct tax research and planning to optimize tax strategies for clients.

Assist in the development and implementation of tax planning strategies.

Keep abreast of current developments in tax laws to provide timely and accurate advice.

Provide guidance to junior staff and oversee their work for quality and accuracy.

Liaise with tax authorities and provide tax audit support for clients.

Collaborate with other team members to provide superior client service.

Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex tax concepts and effectively apply tax knowledge to client situations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's or CPA preferred).

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in public accounting or a related field.

Expertise in S Corp, Corporations, Income Tax, Individual, Corporate Tax Returns, and Tax Accounting.

Proven track record of managing multiple client engagements and competing priorities in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills.

Proficiency in tax software and technology.
