Overview

We are hiring a Restaurant F&B Supervisor. We are looking for people with a passion to serve and lead others. Our dining, beverage and events outlets at our resort host receptions, meetings, trainings, reunions and more, as well as service our internal guests with great F&B options. We are seeking an experienced and energetic Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our exceptional team of passionate and committed Food and Beverage champions. The ideal candidate has experience as a supervisor within a full-service resort and possesses knowledge of food & beverage, leadership, guidance, training, service, costs and sequence of service. We are seeking a leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to grow with our team. Responsibilities

Supervise the operational efforts and strategies of F&B outlets. Supervise culinary, restaurant, lounge, banquet, utility and sanitation associates. Train F&B associates in job performance, service, cleaning and sanitation and all other applicable areas. Assist in writing schedules, checking time punches, training and evaluations. Takes immediate action on problems that are encountered in the outlets. Participate in weekly staff meetings, weekly food and beverage meetings, and monthly F&B inventory. Ensure all food served is of high quality, properly prepared according to recipe and expeditied to all outlets in a smooth and efficient manner. Be passionate to help in all areas of food service and, as needed, in other areas of the hotel operation. Benefits
