Job Description As a Software Engineer II, you will work within our software development team, contributing to the full software development lifecycle. You will report directly to the Senior Software Engineering Manager and work out of the Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment in compliance with DO‑178B guidelines.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high‑quality software solutions.
Contribute to the development of software documentation and user manuals.
Qualifications US PERSON REQUIREMENT Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, the candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or someone with protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status, or who has the ability to obtain an export authorization.
YOU MUST HAVE
2+ years of experience in software development.
Strong understanding of programming languages such as Embedded C++.
Experience with software development tools and version control systems.
Familiarity with software development methodologies.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
Experience in developing applications for embedded systems for aerospace products.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
