A fast-growing health and wellness brand specializing in all-natural, organic OTC products is seeking a

National Account Manager

to elevate performance across drug, mass, and grocery channels. This strategic, cross-functional role blends retail execution, sales analytics, and marketing collaboration to drive growth in a competitive consumer landscape.

As a key member of the sales team, you’ll support national account relationships, optimize shopper marketing strategies, and leverage retail data to deliver revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on operator with strong analytical skills, deep retail channel knowledge, and a passion for purpose‑driven brands.

What YOU get to DO in this collaborative and strategic role:

Drive retail execution

across drug, mass, and grocery channels, supporting national accounts and broker relationships.

Analyze

POS, shipment, and competitive data using tools like NielsenIQ and IRI to uncover trends, performance gaps, and actionable insights.

Build

compelling, data‑backed sales presentations and retailer pitches that communicate shopper behavior, category trends, and ROI.

Collaborate

with buyers on product placement, promotions, and shelf expansion using category and shopper data.

Partner

with marketing to optimize digital shelf presence, retail media performance, and omnichannel strategies across retailer.com platforms.

Evaluate

promotional ROI and develop structured tracking processes to inform future strategies.

Coordinate

with brokers on promotional planning, line reviews, and business reviews to ensure alignment and flawless execution.

Manage

operations including buyer meetings, sales documentation, pricing sheets, and portal submissions to meet retailer compliance standards.

Represent

the brand at trade shows and industry events while staying ahead of trends in OTC, feminine health, and retail innovation.

What you NEED to SUCCEED in this dynamic role:

3–7 years of experience in sales or account management roles within consumer packaged goods (CPG)

Experience working with grocery, drug, or mass retailers (e.g., Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, Target, Kroger)

Prior experience in OTC, feminine care, or personal care categories

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to turn complex data into clear, compelling presentations

Familiarity with syndicated and retailer data platforms such as NielsenIQ, IRI, SPINS, 84.51°, or Scintilla

Strong communication and collaboration skills; highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities

Entrepreneurial mindset with curiosity, initiative, and a drive to innovate through data

Willingness to travel up to 30% for meetings, events, and retailer visits
