About the Role As a Sales Executive with LoopNet you will be part of a growth-oriented, innovative company and represent the industry’s most sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions. You will partner with the world’s top owners and brokers to develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to showcase and differentiate their portfolio of properties online. Your success will be built on forming long‑lasting, service‑focused customer relationships, advising on product frequency, reach and brand efficacy, and using our proprietary analytic tools and reporting capabilities.
We prepare all new Sales Executives with extensive classroom and field training, ensuring they are equipped with the product and industry knowledge needed to build market credibility, proudly represent our brand, and achieve career success.
Responsibilities
Relationship Management – Build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on all matters related to their strategic marketing plan.
Business Development – Prospect new clients and close sales using CoStar Group’s extensive property data.
Teamwork – Partner across LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue.
Business Industry Acumen – Develop subject‑matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate, and market trends within your specific territory.
Customer Focus – Deliver outstanding customer support through regular, value‑added communication, sharing market insights and solutions that help clients achieve goals.
Build strong client relationships and prospect by conducting regular in‑person meetings, requiring travel by car and possibly outside the driving radius of your office location.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited not‑for‑profit university or college.
A minimum of four years of successful sales and account management experience within commercial real estate or digital advertising/marketing solutions.
A track record of commitment to prior employers.
Valid driver’s license.
Completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check before start.
Ability to drive regularly for extended periods during the workday.
Proven sales record exceeding targets and quotas in a customer‑experience‑focused environment.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
Experience building long‑term relationships and business partnerships with senior/C‑Suite clients.
Analytical skill to build reporting and make strategic recommendations based on market data.
Access to an operational motor vehicle prior to or by start date.
Flexibility and adaptability in a high‑growth company.
Self‑starter who can work independently and within a team.

Base salary range: $70,000 – $80,000, plus commission opportunities and a generous benefits plan.
