We are in search of a Sales Support Specialist. At Brady Plus, Sales Support’s exceptional customer service is the backbone of who we are and the focus of everything we do. We listen to our customers and provide solutions through excellent hands-on service, training, and education. This position is responsible for providing administrative assistance to our sales team. Responsibilities
Orders – All levels of order entry Assist with Safety Data Sheet (SDS) requests, literature requests, marketing materials and tradeshows. Research and resolve customers’ problems accurately and efficiently. Handle incoming calls from customers and sales professionals. Assist Account Reps by phone and in person. Communicate regularly with sales regarding customer pricing, problems, and requests. Reports, backorder report, special order with stock, backorder with stock, soft hold release. Assist walk in customers. Cash payments, make change and close till accurately. Daily Deposit Report Additional duties or special projects as assigned. Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Preferred. Knowledge of spreadsheets helpful. Ability to multitask and use good time management. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit at a desk for long periods of time, operate a computer and listen / speak clearly on the phone and in person. Compensation & Benefits
The pay range for this role is $19.00-$24.00 per hour. This range represents what the company reasonably expects to pay an associate for this role based on current market data, internal equity, and other business factors. The actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations.
