Lead the planning, strategy, and coordination of end-to-end testing for major pharmacy technology programs. You’ll bridge business, product, and technology teams, ensuring high-quality, compliant solutions that align with commercial goals and regulatory standards in a dynamic healthcare environment. Responsibilities

Partner with product managers, delivery teams, and solution architects to define project scope, dependencies, and risks Collaborate with business and product experts to capture requirements and translate them into E2E testing strategies Develop and communicate test strategies covering pharmacy claims processing, NCPDP transactions, and benefit designs Design test scenarios based on epics, features, process flows, and regulatory standards Build and manage test execution plans, track progress, and resolve cross-functional blockers Provide leadership and prioritization to quality engineering teams, coaching on product requirements and business context Requirements

Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; high school diploma required 15+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, with at least 10 years leading large, complex, cross-functional teams Extensive knowledge of pharmacy claims adjudication, NCPDP protocols, formulary management, and benefit design Strong understanding of product management principles and experience collaborating on features, epics, and user stories 5+ years’ experience testing complex, integrated healthcare and pharmacy platforms Proven expertise in developing and executing test strategies, complex test scenarios, and test plans Flexible work arrangements; travel up to 10–20% may be required We offer
