$21.00 - $27.00 per hour Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 11:00 am with rotating weekends Work Location:
Longmeadow, MA Benefits:
Employees working 20+ hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Casual, PRN & Part‑Time employees working less than 20 hours per week are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only. PST’s may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics. Job Responsibilities
Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc. Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner Process billing information and collect payments when required Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis Maintain patient and specimen information logs Provide superior customer service to all patients Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary Travel to additional sites when needed Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Phlebotomy certification or completion of a training program from an accredited agency or prior experience as a phlebotomist Able to pass a standardized color‑blindness test Reliable transportation required Preferred Qualifications
Previous LabCorp experience At least 6 months phlebotomy experience Expectations
