Pay Range $25-28 /hr
Overview Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a Lab Tech Sr. to join their team. As part of the Quality Assurance Department, you will support sterilization validation and laboratory testing. You will demonstrate attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a proactive attitude.
Responsibilities
Conduct sterilization qualification for new products and/or changes to existing products.
Perform sterilization validation for radiation sterilized products, including dose setting and quarterly dose audits.
Perform sterilization validation for ethylene oxide sterilized products, including new product qualification, annual revalidations, residual EO studies, and D‑value studies.
Investigate dose audit failures and ethylene oxide biological indicator sterility positive results.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
0–2 years of related work experience with a basic understanding of sterilization processes and validation.
Basic technical knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures in a laboratory environment.
Ability to work within a quality system environment ensuring compliance with governmental regulations.
Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to learn and adapt to new procedures and policies.
