Analytics Functional Architect – Erlanger, KY. Join ADM as part of the Data and Analytics team to deliver cross-functional analytic solutions for internal business customers. The role emphasizes problem solving, leadership in analytics projects, and helping define operations to build impactful solutions. Responsibilities

Manage Data and Analytics product and project operations across Global Technology and business functions. Develop product roadmaps and project plans by eliciting requirements from subject matter experts, identifying workstream dependencies, establishing owners, and aligning timelines. Partner with business users and leaders to translate problems into analytics needs. Rapidly learn new problem domains, co-develop narratives with SMEs, and guide business users through ideation and estimation to drive business value. Assist Analytics leadership in executing roadmaps and monitoring performance against goals. Drive analytics optimization programs by standardizing and automating reporting and analytic frameworks; collaborate with data engineering to ensure high-quality data and effective stakeholder engagement. Recommend best practices and tooling/automation to improve alignment, simplify execution, improve quality, and scale the organization. Maintain regular communication cadence with business partners to ensure successful program delivery. Surface and communicate technical risks and actively work to mitigate them. Drive deliverables through direct and indirect reporting relationships and ensure smooth migration from solution development to service delivery teams. Qualifications

Resilient and autonomous when facing ambiguity. Technical Requirements

Knowledge of data visualization in Power BI and/or Tableau. Demonstrated knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts and experience with applicable applications. Experience in an Azure environment preferred. Experience with enterprise-scale databases and the ability to independently query and prepare data for analysis. Educational Requirements

4-year bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Economics, Law, or related field. 3+ years in program/project management. 7+ years of exposure to analytics and analytics best practices. Other
