We are looking for a
DevOps Engineer
based in
Latin America
to work on a long-term project for one of our clients, a Software Development company based in Atlanta, Georgia. Our client is building a secure, bank-grade AI infrastructure and developing cutting-edge applications designed to power the next generation of modern banking and financial services. The person in this role will be responsible for driving our client’s Infrastructure as Code strategy on their Azure-based platform, architecting and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure with Terraform, and implementing robust CI/CD pipelines to support their multi-tenant architecture. Responsibilities
Design and implement Terraform modules for Azure resources (Application Gateways, Container Apps, VNets, managed databases). Develop reusable Terraform configurations for ArangoDB, Azure SQL Database, and Blob Storage. Migrate existing infrastructure to declarative Terraform configurations and manage Terraform state to promote infrastructure code across environments. Build and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for both application and infrastructure deployments, including microservices. Implement automated testing, security scanning, quality gates, and infrastructure drift detection to ensure stability and compliance. Establish deployment strategies (blue-green, canary) for zero-downtime releases. Create pipeline-as-code configurations using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions. Automate Azure Container Apps deployments and Application Gateway configurations. Implement network security, Azure Firewall rules, and Key Vault integration via IaC while optimizing build times and maintaining security standards. Configure Auth0 SSO and site-to-site VPN connections. Deploy monitoring infrastructure and log aggregation systems. Create self-service infrastructure provisioning for development teams. Requirements
Advanced Level of English 5+ years of experience working as a DevOps Engineer, or similar role, with a strong focus on infrastructure and cloud architecture. 3+ years of Terraform experience in production environments. 2+ years of experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. Proficiency with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions. Experience with containerization (Docker) and microservices architectures. Knowledge of GitOps principles and infrastructure testing frameworks. Understanding of deployment patterns and automated testing strategies. Bonus Points
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or related fields. Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, or AZ-400). AWS experience for multi-cloud strategies. Graph database knowledge (ArangoDB a plus). Financial services or enterprise B2B platform experience. What we offer
