Commercial Glazing Project Manager – $120,000 -$135,000 + Benefits – Baltimore, MD The Role

Are you experienced in managing commercial glazing projects from start to finish? Do you have a solid background in curtain wall systems, storefronts, and glass installations?

We are looking for a detail-oriented Commercial Glazing Project Manager to join our team in Baltimore. This is a full-time role reporting to the Vice President of Operations and the Vice President of our Glass Division.

You will manage the complete lifecycle of glazing projects—from contract award through final closeout. This includes coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors while ensuring all work aligns with client expectations, safety standards, and budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all phases of assigned glazing projects

Coordinate with general contractors, architects, engineers, and subcontractors

Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets

Interpret architectural and shop drawings

Handle material takeoffs, fabrication releases, and submittals

Oversee procurement of materials and timely deliveries

Conduct job site visits to track quality and progress

Manage change orders, billing, and job cost monitoring

Facilitate internal and client-facing project meetings

Resolve project challenges in a timely and professional manner

Ensure compliance with all job site safety regulations

The Person

Minimum 3 years of experience managing commercial glazing or construction projects

Strong knowledge of curtain wall, storefront, and custom glass systems

Able to read and interpret technical drawings

Skilled in managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Procore

Strong communication and leadership skills

Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field

OSHA 30 certification

Familiarity with ERP systems like Sage or Viewpoint

Experience with LEED projects
