We are seeking a talented and motivated Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the key driver of our internal and external communication efforts, ensuring our messaging is clear, consistent, and impactful. You will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that promote our brand and engage our audiences across multiple platforms. Responsibilities
Develop and implement communication strategies to promote brand awareness. Create, edit, and distribute engaging content for various channels, including newsletters, blogs, and social media. Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement. Coordinate and write press releases to highlight organizational initiatives and events. Support internal communications by producing materials for staff engagement and information sharing. Assist in the planning and execution of events and campaigns that promote the organization's mission. Skills Required
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field. Proven experience in a communications or marketing role, preferably in a nonprofit or similar setting. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail. Proficiency in social media management and content creation across various platforms. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams. Benefits
