Base Pay Range $70,500.00/yr – $98,700.00/yr
Responsibilities
Lead and manage day‑to‑day store operations, ensuring quality service and customer experience.
Oversee inventory, cash management, and compliance with company policies.
Develop and coach staff, fostering a culture of service and teamwork.
Qualifications
3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of U.S. Military service.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales‑focused environment.
Strong leadership skills and ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
Minimum High School diploma or GED.
Employment Requirements

Ability to work full time (the work regularly demands in excess of 40 hours per week) including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
