What You’ll Do
Own the product vision for software-enabled mineral processing solutions across copper, nickel, and lithium projects.
Identify optimization opportunities spanning sensors, automation, and ML-driven process control.
Conduct user research with operators, metallurgists, and engineers to design impactful solutions.
Partner with stakeholders to surface process data in formats that drive better, faster decisions.
Engineer out non-value-added work by simplifying and automating workflows.

Must Have
Engineering background (hydrometallurgy or process engineering preferred).
Strong first-principles problem solving ability.
Demonstrated user research experience.
5+ years of relevant experience in product management, engineering, or related technical roles.
Nice to Have
Mineral processing experience (especially copper, nickel, or lithium—fast track consideration).
Track record of working with machine learning engineers, software engineers, data scientists, and data engineers.
Why Join Us? This is a rare opportunity to sit at the intersection of
metallurgy, software, and product development
in an industry ripe for reinvention. At Mariana Minerals, you’ll shape the tools and systems that make critical minerals production smarter, safer, and more efficient—directly impacting the global energy transition, AI infrastructure, and defense supply chains.
