What You’ll Be Doing
Process and reconcile over $60 million in daily payments: checks, wires, student and family contributions
Open, sort, and manage incoming mail and checks; direct to appropriate channels
Investigate misrouted payments (ex: incorrect wire transfers) and resolve issues directly
Maintain accurate reports and records for student accounts and tuition transactions
Work independently with minimal oversight while handling confidential student financial data
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or payment reconciliation
Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies in high-volume transactions
Comfort working with confidential student financial data
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Ellucian Banner or other financial/ERP systems
Experience working in a university, education, or nonprofit finance environment
Strong organizational and communication skills
