Position Summary: Senior Helpers of Central North Carolina is seeking an experienced, motivated, and relationship-driven

Sales and Marketing Manager

to lead our community outreach and growth efforts across the Central North Carolina region. This role focuses on building strong partnerships with healthcare professionals, senior communities, and local organizations to expand awareness of our trusted in-home care services.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of

sales success within the home care, senior care, or healthcare industry

and a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of seniors and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with healthcare providers, social workers, case managers, and senior living communities.

Represent Senior Helpers at community events, health fairs, and professional networking functions.

Conduct regular in-person visits to referral sources to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.

Generate qualified leads and meet growth targets across assigned territories.

Collaborate closely with the care team to ensure a seamless client intake and onboarding process.

Track all outreach activities and referral data in CRM systems or designated reporting tools.

Assist with local marketing campaigns, both digital and print, to increase brand awareness.

Identify, plan, and execute community-based initiatives that enhance visibility and reputation.

Qualifications:

Required:

Proven sales experience in the home care, senior care, or healthcare industry.

Minimum 2 years of experience in outside sales, marketing, or business development.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Goal-oriented self-starter with excellent time management and follow-up discipline.

Confident public speaker with a passion for community engagement.

Proficiency with CRM systems and digital marketing tools preferred.

Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record required.
