Prior Automotive Sales Manager Experience Required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to maintain positive customer relationships. Ensure that vehicle reconditioning is done properly in a time effective manner. Manage Used Inventory Turn and Stock the Right Vehicle Mix. Provide management assistance and support sales staff selling used vehicles. Increase sales volume while managing gross to achieve overall gross profit growth. Forecast goals at the beginning of each month. Monitor, track and strive to meet goals each month. Demonstrate an understanding that business is built on excellent customer satisfaction.
