Your role as a BCBA Clinical Director at North Shore Pediatric Therapy

Lead & Innovate:

Oversee the ABA team, enhance efficiency, productivity, and clinical quality, improve metrics like delivered hours and parent training, and collaborate on marketing to grow the center.

Build & Mentor a High‑Performing Team:

Recruit and develop RBTs and BCBAs, guide fieldwork students, support report writing and supervision, and foster leadership.

Expert Clinical Communication:

Manage challenging conversations with families, guide the team in evidence‑based recommendations.

Drive Clinical Quality & Autonomy:

Elevate clinical standards, manage key metrics, and develop customized recommendations and programs.

Data‑Driven Leadership & Interdisciplinary Collaboration:

Use OBM system for analysis; exchange daily with OT, SLP, and other experts.

Requirements for a BCBA Clinical Director

Proven Leadership:

At least 3 years of management experience and a minimum of 1 year as a BCBA in good standing with the BACB.

Passion for Mentorship:

Eager to train, manage, and mentor pediatric professionals to elevate clinical excellence.

Physical Demands:

Able to sit, stand, bend, and occasionally lift up to 45 lbs.; reasonable accommodations may be made.
