Position Overview: We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Hospitalist (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join our care team in Green Bay, Wisconsin on a full-time OR part-time basis. This position offers flexible scheduling, a manageable patient load, and the chance to work with a collaborative, patient-centered care team.
Responsibilities
Provide inpatient care to adult medical patients in an acute or post-acute setting.
Perform admissions, daily rounding, and discharges.
Coordinate care with nursing, case management, specialists, and families.
Document all patient encounters accurately and in a timely manner using the EMR.
Participate in quality initiatives and support a culture of clinical excellence.

Qualifications
MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
Active Indiana medical license (or ability to obtain).
Inpatient or hospitalist experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal, clinical, and communication skills.
