Locum Tenens CRNA Lexington, Kentucky Rates: $200-225/hr all-inclusive depending on commitment + paid malpractice
Overview Palm Health Resources is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a locum tenens assignment at a large, nationally recognized academic hospital in Lexington, Kentucky. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling, predictable shifts, and the chance to join a highly respected anesthesia team within a Level I Trauma Center.
This assignment is well-suited for CRNAs who value reliability, accessibility, and flexibility in their locums work while enjoying all that central Kentucky has to offer.
Assignment Details
Start Date: November 2025 (or as soon as credentialed)
Contract Length: 26 weeks (negotiable, option to extend)
Schedule Preferences:
Full-time, 4x10s preferred (Mon‑Thu or Thu‑Friday)
Other options considered: 4x10, 5x10, 3x12, 4x12, 5x12
Day shifts only, no weekends, no call
Hours: 6:30 AM – 5:30 PM (½‑hour lunch)
Setting: Hospital‑based, Level I Trauma Center
Cases: General, Orthopedic, Trauma, Vascular, Neuro (no hearts, no OB)
Skills: Intubation, line placement (central, arterial). Blocks rarely required.
Patient Population: All ages (infants through geriatrics, no neonatal)
EMR: Epic
Support Model: Collaborative team environment with anesthesiologists, residents, and anesthesia techs (typical MD supervision ratio 1:2 or 1:3 with CRNA support).
Credentialing: ~90 days
