About this role
We’re looking for an experienced
People Partner
to join our Americas People Team and serve as a strategic advisor and partner to our U.S. leaders and employees. Reporting to the
Senior Director, Americas , you will play a pivotal role in shaping a high-performing, inclusive, and engaging workplace that reflects Aidoc’s mission and culture. This role goes beyond day-to-day HR operations; it’s about
influencing business outcomes
through people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and growth. You’ll work closely with business leaders to build organizational capability, guide talent planning, and champion an employee experience that enables every team member to thrive.
Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership & Advisory
Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing strategic counsel on organization design, talent development, engagement, and workforce planning.
Partner with managers to address complex people issues with empathy, data, and sound judgment—coaching them to strengthen leadership effectiveness and team health.
Leverage people insights and metrics to identify trends, diagnose challenges, and drive proactive talent and culture initiatives.
Support leaders in performance management, career development planning, and succession readiness to ensure scalable organizational growth.
Culture, Engagement & Employee Experience
Lead efforts to foster engagement, inclusion, and connection across teams—creating programs that reinforce Aidoc’s culture and values.
Design and implement initiatives that enhance the employee lifecycle—from onboarding through development and retention.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Talent, L&D, Total Rewards, Operations) to align people programs with business needs and employee feedback.
People Programs & Operational Excellence
Oversee U.S. people operations, including payroll, benefits, compensation, and compliance, ensuring consistency and equity in execution.
Maintain accurate employee data in our HRIS system and partner with our global People Operations team to streamline systems and processes that enable scale.
Stay informed on U.S. employment legislation and HR trends, ensuring compliance and anticipating evolving needs as the organization grows.
Continuous Improvement & Growth
Contribute to building scalable People infrastructure, processes, and programs that balance global alignment with local nuance.
Champion Aidoc’s values and culture, embedding them in every initiative, communication, and decision.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on HR business partnership, employee relations, and talent management
Solid understanding of U.S. employment laws, compensation, payroll and benefits administration
Demonstrated success in advising leaders and influencing through trust, credibility, and business insight
Proven ability to manage both strategic initiatives and tactical execution in a fast-paced, global organization
Data-driven decision-maker with the ability to translate insights into meaningful action
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills with a deep sense of empathy and discretion
Strong experience with HRIS platforms and a mindset for process improvement and efficiency
