Qualifications

Epic Certification in OpTime and Anesthesia

(held for at least 3 years).

Minimum

3 years of hands-on Epic build and implementation experience post-certification.

Strong understanding of anesthesia workflows , including documentation, procedure coordination, and clinical decision support.

Experience

supporting system-wide go-live and optimization efforts , including readiness planning, build validation, and post-live stabilization.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Skilled in developing clear and comprehensive reference materials— build guides, workflow diagrams, and training documentation —for both clinical and technical audiences, supporting internal team reference and the organization’s knowledge base expansion.
