Graham Technologies is hiring a Senior Program Security Specialist to lead/advise on special program execution, access management (PARs), policy interpretation, risk management, security operations, and multi-discipline security guidance.
Location: Springfield, VA
Key Responsibilities:
Provide SME support across SAP/CAP/ACCM activities; manage/report metrics, milestones, and issues.
Liaise with DoD/IC; interpret policy for processing, dissemination, and control of classified material.
Receive/control/safeguard SCI/collateral; prepare briefings/correspondence.
Investigate violations; create impact statements and recommendations.
Prepare PARs for SAP/CAP/ACCM; provide multi-discipline security expertise.
Develop programs/operations to meet tasking; monitor applications via metrics.
Required Skills:
Active TS/SCI with CI Poly
5+ years conducting or directly supporting special/sensitive operational and/or technical activities (DoD/IC).
Experience applying EO 12333/13526, ICDs 906 & 705, DoDM 5205.07 Vols 1-4.
Completion of CDSE SAP 101.10.
Preferred Skills:
CDSE SFPC.
Experience with JADE, DISS, SIC, Scattered Castles, ICCARS, PULSE, E2SP.
