Brief Summary Assist the Studio Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Paramount Studio Store. This position will focus on front end customer service as well as back-end merchandise management.
Responsibilities
Manage inventory levels in stockroom (soft lines, hard lines and DVD’s)
Perform weekly cycle counts
Maintain a clean and orderly stockroom
Coordinate the daily transfer of merchandise from the stockroom/warehouse to the store.
Oversee the tagging and stocking of all merchandise with merchandise cashier
Provide excellent customer service to guests/employees and handle guest concerns and inquiries
Perform cash register duties
Assist Store Manager with creative visual merchandising, promotional opportunities and executive services
Participate in special projects as needed by management
Qualifications/Skills Basic qualifications
Minimum 1‑2+ years experience in retail with an emphasis in warehouse/stocking operations
High school diploma or GED
Good mathematical and analytical abilities
Proficient in Excel, Word and data entry software
Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment
Regularly required to sit, stand, bend and lift up to 30 pounds
Desired skills
Excellent customer service and phone handling skills
Self‑motivated, self‑starter
Experience in Merchandising
Organized and detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and proactively anticipate and manage time
Eligibility requirements

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Hiring Salary Range $40,000.00 - 45,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job‑related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
