Role Description
Executive-level leader responsible for this company's manufacturing and distribution portfolio including Custom Metal Roofing, Truss & Wall Panel Design & Production, Pre-Hung Doors, Wood Protection, a Distribution Center, Fleet & Equipment Maintenance, and the West Coast Consolidation facility. This role drives cultural leadership, builds high-performing teams, improves quality and throughput, strengthens safety and financial performance, and guides the long‑term evolution of manufactured products. The VP serves as the connective tissue between manufacturing, sales, logistics, customers, and executive leadership to ensure the company maintains a leading position in the Hawaii building products market.
