Role: Culinary Supervisor The Culinary Supervisor should have a basic understanding of kitchen operations within the hotel. Responsibilities include producing consistent, quality products that meet guest needs promptly. The role involves department training, supervising hourly cooks, and stepping in for the Sous Chef when needed. Skills required include culinary education, basic cost control, communication, leadership, and computer skills. The supervisor may assist in monitoring payroll costs and overtime.

Qualifications Culinary degree or at least one year of high-volume kitchen management experience Preferred: 3 years of line experience Proficient in basic cooking skills Ability to work independently at a high level Strong desire to satisfy guest needs in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand for long periods Effective communication and leadership skills Flexible schedule, including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
