$126,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr Responsibilities

Supervise all aspects of luxury residential interior construction projects from start to finish. Manage subcontractors to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Review and process RFIs and submittals to maintain smooth project workflow. Utilize Procore software to track project progress and documentation. Oversee on-site safety compliance and enforce safety protocols. Coordinate with architects, designers, and clients to address project needs. Ensure materials and equipment are available to meet project schedules. Monitor budgets and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Qualifications

Hands-on experience with luxury residential interior construction projects. Proficiency in managing RFIs, submittals, and subcontractor coordination. Familiarity with Procore software for project management. Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients and project teams. An eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results. General Knowledge of Building and Construction Codes Job Offer
