Our client is currently seeking a UX Researcher III Minimum role qualifications requirement

5+ years of experience in an applied research setting, or similar. Extensive experience with independently executing qualitative UX Research methods (., usability studies, contextual inquiry, surveys, . Relevant product research experience with B2C and B2B (ideally advertiser) products. Responsibilities include

Scope research projects, translating stakeholder questions and hypotheses into research questions, and independently defining the appropriate methods to address the team needs. Independently conduct qualitative research methods end-to-end, including usability studies, concept tests, diary studies, and user interviews, to identify user needs, painpoints, and opportunities that guide product decision-making by demonstrating comprehensive understanding of the user and the business. Perform research that guides user‑centric thinking and a vision/strategy that is shared with cross‑functional partners. Clearly communicate research findings, insights, and recommendations demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the user and business, partnering with cross‑functional teams to extend the impact and visibility of the research. Communicate research insights and recommendations to partners or stakeholders, addressing and anticipating challenges and questions. Guide product decisions through research by analyzing, consolidating, or synthesizing what is known about user, product, service, or business needs. Utilize broad and deep understanding of the business goals, product ecosystem, user trends, and industry to guide research‑driven, user‑centric thinking and decision‑making. Anticipate evolving user needs and research opportunities by evolving or adapting the research strategy for a large or complex research project or program. Lead and/or execute comprehensive analysis for complex research projects or programs, such as defining and implementing qualitative or quantitative frameworks, or development and ownership of surveys that define strategic priorities for products across teams. Build partnerships with crossfunctional stakeholders including product, design and engineering to influence the team's strategy and gain support for research‑based, user‑centric solutions.
