Develop maintainable, scalable, high-performant and resilient solutions for the data platform as part of a Scrum team Provide guidance and oversight to less senior team members through working sessions and code reviews, guaranteeing adherence to coding standards, design patterns, and clean code practices Create high-quality design diagrams and artifacts Understand multiple data flows and architecture and apply that understanding to story definitions and non-functional requirements Establish / operate within the governance structure for the program/project and manage/escalate issues and risks What You’ll Do
Develop and maintain data platform solutions within the TAS Data product portfolio Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven features Skills You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required Extensive experience in a software development role using Java-based technologies (Java, Kotlin, Scala) Experience with Kafka / Big Data and developing on Google Cloud Platform or Public Cloud Expert level knowledge of REST and microservices and working with Test automation frameworks Experience delivering high-throughput data processing solutions and delivering within Agile/ Scrum team Skills That Will Help You Excel
Excellent communication, negotiation, networking and influencing skills Experience in Financial industry Excellent analytical skills Expectations
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Cary office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model. Salary : The salary range for this position in Cary is $125,000 to $185,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
