Product Owner, II - Business Transformation Worker's Compensation Pay Range: $123,000.00 – $174,000.00 per year.

Description As a member of the Agile team, the Product Owner II represents the voice of the customer and the organization through the delivery of business value. This person works closely with stakeholders (business and technology), including line of business leadership, to define and prioritize features and stories, ensuring alignment with customer needs and organizational goals. The role requires deep understanding of customer problems and the ability to ensure that these problems are clearly defined and prioritized so that the squad is focused on the most valuable work.

Our program is a multi‑year, flagship initiative driving business transformation within the Workers Compensation (WC) line of business, powered by modern technology and a product‑centric mindset. At its core, it is about reimagining how we serve our customers—now and into the future—through a fully modernized platform that enables WC Claims to meet evolving expectations with agility and impact.

We’re looking for passionate and strategic Product Owners to lead two execution teams. These roles are critical to shaping Evergreen’s success, translating complex technical concepts into meaningful business outcomes, and anticipating stakeholder needs to deliver value at every stage.

If you thrive in a space where transformation meets execution, and where leadership means driving clarity, collaboration, and customer‑centric innovation—this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.
