Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Clinical Director and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role located in Macon, Georgia. Lead center-based ABA services, oversee service delivery and center operations, and ensure the highest standards of care. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the center, including overseeing a team of BCBAs and collaborating with the Operations Manager. Supervise BCBA teams to ensure treatment plans align with best practices and meet individual client needs. Conduct tours for prospective client families, showcasing commitment to quality care. Coach BCBAs on clinical and leadership skills, fostering professional growth. Partner with parents and caregivers to ensure sustained client progress. Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of excellence. Implement and oversee innovative ABA methods, including RFT, with guidance from the Clinical Excellence team. Ideal Candidate Profile
