The Role
We’re looking for a
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
who can turn vision into velocity. This is not a maintenance role. This is a
scale-the-mountain, build-the-systems, lead-the-people
position.
The right person has:
Scaled a business
before, ideally 8- or 9-figure revenue.
Managed
100 + people
or complex multi-department operations.
Built and led systems that blend
humans + AI + data
into one high-performing machine.
The brain of a strategist, the bias of a builder, and the calm of a battlefield commander.
What You’ll Do
Drive Operational Excellence
Architect the firm’s next stage of growth, design the structure, systems, and processes that double, triple, and quadruple our capacity.
Own day-to-day operations across HR, finance, marketing, client experience, and technology.
Turn friction into flow: remove bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and measure what matters.
Lead Strategic Execution
Partner directly with the CEO to translate bold vision into measurable outcomes.
Build the dashboards, metrics, and accountability that keep every department aligned and accelerating.
Forecast, budget, and allocate resources like the seasoned operator you are.
Leverage Technology & AI
Identify, implement, and optimize cutting-edge tech, from AI-powered automation to next-gen CRM and knowledge-management tools.
Future-proof operations by embedding intelligence and automation into the fabric of the firm.
Grow and Inspire People
Recruit, develop, and retain A-players.
Lead department heads with clarity and empathy; coach emerging leaders to operate independently and effectively.
Build a culture that blends accountability with humanity, where high performers thrive, and clients feel the difference.
Own Performance & Profitability
Monitor key financial and operational metrics.
Drive efficiency, client satisfaction, and scalable profitability.
Make confident, data-driven decisions that move the entire organization forward.
Own the P&L.
What We’re Looking For
7 + years
in executive-level operations leadership (COO, VP Ops, or equivalent).
Proven success
scaling
a high-growth company or professional-services firm.
Deep fluency in
AI tools, automation, data systems, and operational tech.
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and leadership skills. You see both forest and trees.
Strong business and financial acumen; able to manage budgets and metrics with precision.
A strategic, systems-thinking mindset with a bias for rapid execution.
Bachelors required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
