This is a General Manager in Telecom with Wireline experience. Responsibilities
Give direction, guidance, and support to construction and project management departments Develop and direct processes to facilitate the successful completion of projects from start to finish Prioritize projects based on needs and escalation, and assign projects as necessary Regularly evaluate performance and develop your team\'s skill set and knowledge of telecom construction Interface with vendors, subcontracts, and the client Drive safety culture Qualifications
You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work Safety is a part of your day You have at least 5 years of progressively challenging leadership experience, preferably in a telecom construction environment You embrace the challenge of coaching and mentoring your team and driving change when needed You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn custom software You have an understanding of basic accounting principals Compensation and Benefits
