Deliver 100% customer satisfaction by building lasting relationships Oversee daily service operations, focusing on efficiency and profitability Lead, develop, and manage a team of technicians and service advisors Monitor technician productivity and ensure effective workflow Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty guidelines and policies Collaborate with department managers to maximize overall dealership performance Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase service traffic and retention Maintain strong partnerships with OEM representatives Set, track, and drive achievement of performance goals for the service team Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in Service Management at an automotive dealership Reynolds and Reynolds DMS experience highly desirable. (Note: if not available, still consider) Proven leadership skills with an emphasis on respect, accountability, and development Strong commitment to ethical business practices Knowledge of federal, state, and local service department regulations Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Dealership Experience Preferred Take your automotive leadership career to the next level.
