We are seeking a dedicated
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
to provide ABA therapy to pediatric clients. You’ll work with children with autism and related developmental disorders in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of therapists. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications & Responsibilities
Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
Current Texas license as an LBA and certified by the BACB as a BCBA
2 years of experience as a BCBA preferred
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Mentor Behavior Analysts in Training (BATs) and BCaBAs
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care
