Our Global Payment Solutions Sales Manager/Associate will support the origination of new revenue streams and help maintain and enhance existing revenue streams. You will help identify and sell innovative cash and liquidity management solutions to a defined portfolio of Financial Institution clients, maximizing commercial profitability and relationship depth.

Responsibilities

Support Senior Sales Manager(s) business development efforts with key existing/target Banks clients in the Americas

Collaborate with Implementation and Service teams for follow up on the client sales process

Connect with Product teams

Grow knowledge of cash management products

Contribute to product pricing and review/negotiation of the full range of cash management services; participate in cost reduction initiatives

Qualifications

Sales, Relationship Management and/or relevant Cash Management Sales experience

Industry experience selling payment solutions to Banks Sectors and/or Correspondent Banking

Highly motivated and achievement driven with the ability to support sales strategies

Strong quantitative skills and an understanding of Payments & Liquidity products

Solid multitasking skills with a focus on continuously improving performance

Excellent communication skills for clear information delivery internally and with clients

Ability to communicate and interact with clients’ senior staff

Strong project management skills to handle client onboarding and product usage

Willingness to learn and stay current on the full product offering

Proficiency with HSBC internal technology platforms to support client requests

Compensation and Benefits For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $95,600.00 and $143,400.00. The final fixed pay offer will depend on factors including role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and work location. HSBC offers a competitive Total Reward Package with a mix of fixed and variable pay and a broad benefits program focused on health, finances, and lifestyle.
