Position Overview The Billing Specialist will be responsible for managing invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy in billing, and supporting the finance team with day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and process invoices in a timely manner
Review billing data for accuracy and completeness
Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to client inquiries
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper documentation
Maintain organized records of billing activities
Qualifications
2+ years of billing or accounting experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
