What You’ll Do
Provide
in-person and telehealth psychotherapy
to individuals, couples, and/or families
Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team with open consultation and support
Maintain timely and clinically sound documentation
Participate in peer case consultations and team-based learning
Support a culture of clinical excellence, mutual respect, and belonging
What You’ll Need
Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field
Active CA BBS license (LMFT)
Strong commitment to building therapeutic relationships and achieving meaningful outcomes for clients
Excellent communication and organizational skills
A desire to grow within a private clinic organization
