Competitive Base + Commission: $45,000 starting base with a guaranteed increase to $50,000 after 3 month fast-track completion.

On-Target Earnings (OTE) in your first year is $87,000, with uncapped commission and additional incentives.

Account Executive Role Move into an Account Executive position after at least 3 months in the SDR role:

Key Responsibilities:

Convert qualified leads and close new business

Engage key decision makers (including C-Suite)

Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

Drive new business opportunities and growth

Collaborate with SDRs and the wider sales team

What We’re Looking For

Proven SDR success:

At least 3 months with strong appointment-setting results.

Hungry to close deals : Competitive, ambitious, motivated

Ready to own a quota:

Strong communicator and fast learner
