As a member of a highly focused, collaborative team, you will be responsible for managing a wide-ranging set of projects focused on financial modeling, as well as regulatory and compliance reporting for financial guarantees. In this versatile role, you will create customized, data-driven approaches to relay complex analytics and conclusions in a way that is easy to understand. As a crucial part of the team, you will help lead initiatives and support senior management with understanding complex results to make informed decisions on pharmacy reimbursement strategies.

Additional responsibilities of this role include:

Building customized reports concentrating on financial performance and regulatory compliance

Spearheading collaboration efforts with other team members and departments to develop analytic models, methodologies, and reports that support CVS Health agreements

Continual prioritization of competing needs to ensure focus on highest impact activities

Developing and assisting with coding logic in SAS, SQL, Python, R, STATA, Excel, MS Access

Supporting pharmacy and MAC-related data collection and projection analyses

Improving the efficiency of various processes

Required Qualifications :

At least 5 years of relevant experience in data analysis and financial acumen.

At least 2 years of experience using SQL independently

Preferred Qualifications :

At least 5 years of experience manipulating, and analyzing large datasets using a variety of tools

At least 2 years of experience using SQL independently

Experience with SAS or other statistical, database software, including STATA, SPSS, R, Python.

Experience/Exposure to PBM Contracting, Underwriting or Pharmacy pricing, especially MAC lists

Expertise in forecasting techniques and optimization methodologies

Degree in finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, accounting, epidemiology, marketing research, operations or other quantitative-related fields preferred

Education

Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience required.

Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $54,300.00 - $119,340.00
