About the Role Teton Auto Group is looking for a dynamic, hands-on Co- Marketing Director to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of marketing across all dealerships within our growing multi-state group. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping how customers and communities experience our brand — from digital strategy and community partnerships to in-store events and internal communications.

As the Marketing Director, you’ll oversee our marketing budget, manage vendor relationships, create and launch campaigns, and partner with leadership to bring fresh ideas that drive traffic, engagement, and growth.

What You’ll Do

Lead the Marketing Vision:

Oversee daily marketing operations, ensuring all campaigns and messaging align with Teton Auto Group’s mission and values.

Develop and Execute Strategy:

Build and deliver multi-channel marketing plans in alignment with organizational goals and manufacturer programs.

Manage Budgets & Co-op Programs:

Collaborate with the CFO and partners to allocate budgets, track ROI, and maximize manufacturer co-op opportunities.

Coordinate Campaigns with Sales:

Partner with GMs, GSMs, and store teams to align promotions and digital advertising with dealership sales goals.

Plan & Execute Events:

From dealership grand openings and hiring fairs to community sponsorships and customer appreciation events — manage every detail from concept to execution.

Community Engagement:

Evaluate and coordinate all donation and sponsorship requests, ensuring alignment with company values and pre-approval by executive management.

Brand Management:

Maintain a consistent brand voice across all stores and platforms, from traditional media to social and digital.

Digital Strategy:

Oversee SEO/SEM efforts, website optimization, paid search, and social media to grow engagement and traffic.

Internal Communications:

Create internal marketing and communication campaigns that keep employees informed, inspired, and aligned.

Vendor & Partner Relations:

Work with design agencies, ad partners, and manufacturer teams to ensure campaigns are creative, compliant, and effective.

Data & Analytics:

Monitor results, measure effectiveness of campaigns, and adjust based on data-driven insights.

Leadership Presence:

Represent Teton Auto Group at community and marketing events when store leadership or ownership cannot attend.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of progressive marketing experience (automotive or retail industry preferred).

Strong creative, strategic, and analytical thinking skills.

Proven ability to manage multi-location campaigns and event logistics.

Confident communicator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong understanding of social media, SEO, paid advertising, and digital marketing trends.

Willingness to travel occasionally to other group locations.

Experience managing budgets and tracking ROI.

A self-starter who can balance strategic vision with day-to-day execution.

Bonus Points
