Lead the solution design and technical pre-sales activities for Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations, Collaborate with Accelalpha and Oracle sales teams to understand client requirements and tailor Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions to address business needs. Create and deliver compelling solution design presentations, product demonstrations, and technical walkthroughs to key client stakeholders. Co-lead Oracle demos with Oracle Solution Engineers in new opportunities. Lead Oracle demos using Accelalpha’s Oracle Fusion Cloud demo instance to existing and new clients. Assist in building Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation proposals, implementation cost estimates, RFI and RFP responses, and providing expert insights into Oracle Fusion Cloud’s capabilities. Support Accelalpha and Oracle sales teams through the pre-sales lifecycle, addressing technical queries and ensuring seamless transition into project delivery. Stay updated on Oracle Fusion Cloud updates, best practices, and new functionalities to guide clients with industry-leading knowledge. Required technical and professional expertise
15+ years of functional, hands-on implementation experience in Oracle EBS or JDE manufacturing (discrete and process). 5+ years of functional, hands-on implementation in Oracle Supply Chain Execution Cloud solutions 10+ full-cycle implementations as a functional consultant and solution architect roles in workshops, design, configuration, testing, and training. Preferred technical and professional experience
Expertise in Work in Process (WIP), Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM), Oracle Shop Floor Management (OSFM), Manufacturing Execution System (MES), Inventory, Quality, Direct Procurement for EBS and / or JDE equivalent Expertise in Oracle Supply Chain Execution Cloud and the five sub-modules: Manufacturing Cloud (Discrete and /or Process) Inventory Management Cloud Cost Management Cloud Quality Management Cloud Maintenance Management Cloud Deep knowledge of manufacturing execution steps: routings, batch creation, shop-floor data collection, lot/serial tracking, quality plans, and costing. Experience in integrating to 3rd party MES’s from EBS / JDE and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud. Strong communication skills across executive and operational stakeholders.
