Assistant Residence Director The primary duty of the Assistant Residence Director is to assist in the management of the community. The associate should be primarily engaged in non-manual work related to the oversight of the day-to-day operations of the community. This role assists in coordinating activities of resident care, sales, maintenance, life enrichment, and dining services departments. Responsibilities
Provides direct supervision of all personnel to include training, coaching, staffing and related duties Acting as manager-on-duty responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the residence Assists Residence Director with compliance, financials, sales, marketing, recruiting, and other duties as assigned Why we should be your “home away from home”
