The Unified Communications (UC) Analyst Lead is responsible for the development and implementation of UC solutions and coordinating applications across the enterprise. Evaluates UC system capability to determine integration requirements and to ensure final solutions meet organizational needs and develops requirements to improve the efficiency and utilization of the UC's infrastructure, particularly where automation may be applied. Develops and tests UC software solutions and provides customer training of the UC features and functionality.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Specialized Training/Licensure:
Bachelor's degree or five (5) years' directly related work experience in lieu of degree
Work Experience :
Seven (7) years combined experience in telecommunications, voice, data, and call center or related areas; Three (3) years of experience in providing Cisco Call Manager and/or Cisco Unified Communications services
Equipment Operated
PC, office equipment, Digital telephony, IP telephony, video end-points

Must have strong written and oral communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize work efficiently, and good team orientation.
