is currently seeking an

Operations Analyst

for a

local contract

in

Washington, DC . Will be subject to a background check prior to employment. Duties/Responsibilities

Independently reviews policies and operating procedures, developing innovative processes and procedures to enhance operations. Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data (incident reports, emergency response times, resource allocation, etc.) to identify trends and recommend improvements. Support risk and threat assessments to identify gaps in preparedness and operational readiness. Collaborates with managers and employees to support change management initiatives and implement changes. Trains employees on new systems or policies and evaluates the effectiveness of new processes. Provide support in managing operational resources, systems, and technologies to ensure readiness during emergencies. Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree If you do not have a Bachelor’s degree, the following may be substituted:

High school diploma plus four (4) years of relevant experience Associate degree plus two (2) years of relevant experience Professional certification may be substituted for an additional year of relevant experience.

Five (5) years of previous experience as an Operations Analyst Experience in emergency management, homeland security, public safety, or related field preferred. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines Pay
