Composite Fabricator

to join our production team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. DG is a

Perform composite layup and cut materials for layup according to work instructions. Maintain, label, and prepare materials for production log tickets. Assemble a variety of simple and complex Dayton Granger parts. Deflash, sand, and trim smaller composite parts as needed. Prep, load, and unload molds from ovens, presses, and autoclaves. Maintain tools, molds, fixtures, and equipment in the Composite Assembly area. Follow all company workmanship and quality standards. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Adhere to all DG safety procedures and policies as directed by the Facility Engineer/Safety Director. Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED. At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, composites, or mechanical assembly (preferred). Basic knowledge of composite materials (fiberglass, carbon fiber, resins) and bonding processes. Ability to read and follow blueprints and written work instructions. Comfortable using hand and pneumatic tools. Strong hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and commitment to quality. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods, and use required PPE (respirator, gloves, goggles, etc.). Clear communication skills in English (verbal and written).
