Grodzisk Mazowiecki , where you’ll help us optimize manufacturing processes, introduce innovative technologies, and ensure that our production systems run efficiently and reliably. As our
Engineer, Manufacturing Technology , you’ll play a vital role in supporting process improvements and equipment development for new and existing products. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams — from R&D to Quality — to turn ideas into practical manufacturing solutions that support our continuous growth and sustainability goals. Supporting the development and optimization of production processes for commercial refrigeration solenoid valves. Designing and implementing new manufacturing setups for current and future product lines. Supervising process documentation (PFMEA, CP, SOP) and ensuring alignment with production and quality standards. Conducting tests necessary for process validation and equipment implementation. Leading or contributing to cost-down and process improvement projects. Working closely with suppliers on technical specifications, equipment concepts, and validation (PFMEA, FAT/SAT). Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities on the shop floor. Ensuring project delivery on time, with the right quality and cost expectations. What We’re Looking For
A technical university degree (Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering preferred). At least 4 years of experience in a similar role in an industrial environment (preferably related to valve production, or metal machining). A solid understanding of production technology and process optimization. Knowledge of SAP and familiarity with quality management tools. Fluency in Polish and English (spoken and written). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A proactive, responsible, and goal-oriented mindset. Nice to have: Experience with injection molding or injection brazing technologies or leak testing methods. What You'll Get from Us
